Upon consultation, the Home Interior Designer defines the following: - > client's minimal and maximal budget for the project. - > sets the client's perspectives and shares his professional vision based on Design, Trends, and Style principles. - > provide realistic ideas that align with their budget. - > Offer Cost-Effective Solutions without compromising aesthetics and quality. - > Discuss the pros and cons of materials, finishes, and color palettes. - > Space Evaluation, Furniture Selection. - > Visual Concept Presentation (x 3) variations within 24-48 hours.
Caspian Pro Policy
Caspian Pro operates the service based on Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. - > RESPONSIBILITIES At Caspian Pro Interior Design Studio, we prioritize a client-provider relationship built on mutual respect and care. To ensure effective communication and prevent misunderstandings, all interactions should be documented in writing, keeping clients informed and involved in the project's progress. - > SCOPE OF WORK Clients can choose one or multiple services as depicted in the service list. For customized, not listed, or listed projects, the client must send a contact form. Response time 12 hours. After reviewing, the client will be notified via text or email, and a call will be scheduled for any questions. - > Pricing and Payment Terms All price lists and service costs are fixed and non-negotiable. Clients may request quotes for customized projects and can pay online or in person. Full payment is required before service completion, and a security deposit not exceeding $26 may be required for certain services. - > REFUND POLICY Clients can request a refund if unsatisfied within 72 hours of project completion, but unjustified requests are not eligible. For that, clients need to send an email to caspianpro@caspianpro.com with text issues and images. Refunds are issued via bank transfer, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. To avoid any misconduct, Caspian Pro visually documents the completion of the project and client satisfaction in written form. - > CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION Clients can cancel the project anytime, with or without explanation, by notifying Caspian Pro in writing via email or letter. If cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the project starts, clients may receive a full refund by contacting Caspian Pro. - > FORCE MAJEURE Neither party will be liable for delays or failures caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters or government actions. The service provider and/or client must inform each other of any delays and suggest a new time. - > LIABILITY and WARRANTY The service provider is liable for damages during the project execution, except when caused by client negligence or pre-existing conditions. In the case of technically failed service delivery, the client will receive a full refund.
