Design Revisions & Satisfaction
What if I don’t like the design you create?
Our structured process includes clear, collaborative stages to keep you in control: 1. **Initial Consultation** – We understand your taste and goals. 2. **Concept Phase** – You review mood boards and layout ideas. 3. **Design Presentation** – We present the full design with visuals and materials. 4. **Revisions** – We allow time for feedback and changes, ensuring you’re never rushed. You can revisit key decisions even after approving a design, so the final outcome feels right for you. We include two rounds of revisions.
What happens if I change my mind mid-project?
If you change your mind during the project—about colors, layout, or furniture—we’ll assess how it fits with the current design stage. Adjustments within scope and timeline will be made during your included revision rounds. For substantial changes affecting approved work or requiring new materials, we’ll provide options, timelines, and costs upfront—no surprises.
Project Management & Sourcing
Do you handle purchasing and installation?
Instead of purchasing for you, we provide a detailed list of curated furniture, lighting, décor, and materials tailored to your style. Each item includes pricing, links, and notes for your review and approval. This method allows you to shop at your own pace, take advantage of sales, and swap out items if needed. If you want assistance, we can help coordinate vendors and deliveries, ensuring everything goes smoothly. Our goal is to guide you while you stay in control of your purchases.
Do you work with your own contractors or mine?
We’re flexible—you can work with your own contractors, or we can recommend trusted professionals we’ve collaborated with in the past. However, While we support the project creatively and logistically, Caspian Pro does not act as the general contractor and is not legally responsible for third-party work. This setup gives you design leadership with the freedom to choose who executes the physical labor.

What areas do you serve?
We serve clients across all five boroughs of NYC—Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island—specializing in apartments, rooms, studios, brownstones, and homes of all sizes. We also offer virtual interior design services to clients in the U.S. and internationally, including Los Angeles, Miami, London, and Dubai, with custom design plans and mood boards. For larger projects outside NYC, onsite travel is available depending on location and scope.
Are you available for urgent projects or rush jobs?
We do accept urgent projects and rush jobs when our schedule permits, but we establish clear boundaries to maintain quality. If you have a tight deadline—such as moving into a new home, preparing for a photoshoot, or staging for a sale—we can streamline our process to provide fast and effective results. However, we will always be transparent about what can be achieved within the given time and budget. Rush work may require adjusted fees, limited revisions, and prompt client feedback to keep everything on track. Our priority is to deliver a beautiful outcome without compromising design integrity. Caspian Pro offers remote and virtual interior design services for clients in the U.S. and internationally.
